Course Overview

Leading Virtual Teams provides a framework of actionable items to be applied immediately to empower, enable, and motivate our teams to high performance – virtually.

This course was developed to equip current and aspiring leaders with the tools to foster success within their teams and businesses in the modern world of virtual leadership. You will learn how to level up your virtual leadership skills to adapt to the new reality and set yourself a step above others by preparing today for tomorrow.

Composed of 5 modules, totalling more than 2 hours of video and recorded webinar curriculum, along with quizzes and supporting student material, participants are asked at the end of each module to undertake specific action activities.

Participants will have full access to all course materials for 12 Months.

These activities require processing the lesson material, aligning the frameworks with their individual circumstances, and then putting the action item into practice - Real-Time.

An available coaching follow-up, post-completion, will provide participants with expert advice tailored specifically to their current situation.

Why was this course developed?

As we kick the great reset of 2020 to the curb, one unmistakable line that has been drawn in the sand is that business leaders have awakened to the fact that working from home can be productive, cost effective and viable.
